With a vision for building something meaningful, Katie brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. Katie is a critical care registered nurse and also has a Doctoral Degree in Education and has concentrated on adult learners while completing that rigorous program. In the first part of Katie’s career, she focused on patient care and education highlighting how service to others has great meaning to her. Later in her career, she thought it would be great fun to branch out into another service industry she has always been interested in, real estate. Her idea is to bring real estate ownership to those that serve others while ensuring they understand the intricacies of the process throughout the entire transaction. Katie’s “Keys of Heroes” is not just a catchy title, she aims to help fellow public servants and Veterans with real estate transactions that will help them reach their goals and achieve their dreams.

Focused, service-oriented, and driven by results, our Team Manager is all about building strong relationships both within and outside of our Team. Jodi helps connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care. She is also a critical care registered nurse and brings her passion for helping others to her real estate career. Jodi’s strength is in her attention to detail which translates into ensuring contracts are air-tight, coordination of various inspectors, title companies, and agents is aligned, and everyone involved with all of our transactions is well-aware of next steps and what to expect as well as anticipated deadlines.
