About Katie and her Mission
Hi, I’m Katie Nemitz, and I’m a registered nurse and a real estate agent here in the Phoenix area.
I actually didn’t come into real estate from a traditional background—I’ve spent years working in healthcare, taking care of patients, managing teams, and helping people through some really stressful situations. And what I realized is… buying or selling a home can feel just as overwhelming for people.
So I decided to take that same approach I’ve used in nursing—being organized, being an advocate, and really guiding people step-by-step—and bring that into real estate.
I’m especially passionate about helping nurses, first responders, and veterans, because I understand the kind of schedules, stress, and responsibilities that come with those roles. You’re busy, and you need someone you can trust to help you navigate the process without adding more stress.
My goal is to make buying or selling a home feel clear, manageable, and actually even a little exciting.
