One great thing about our underwriting team is that we can often set up a closing date in 30 days or less when you are able to get us the required documents very early in our process! This is unheard of in the industry and is something we are very proud to offer.

Plan to have copies available to us of the last two months of pay stubs, any open loans and credit card balances, retirement account statements/verification of funds, bank account statements, plans for how you will pay for your down payment, investment account statements, and other documentation proving credit worthiness.
